I was arrested on my 22nd birthday. Not for drunken shenanigans or unpaid parking tickets, but for exercising my right to peaceably assemble. On June 8th, 2004, Reclaim the Streets threw a Mutant Street Party in solidarity with those protesting the G8 in Sea Island, Georgia. This is my first-hand account of what happened, a vidcast mini-series that originally aired as an hour-long documentary on Access SF.
