Did anyone else miss the shit hitting the fan yesterday?

From the [UK Guardian](https://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,,1725652,00.html): South Dakota’s governor, Mike Rounds, yesterday signed a bill that will make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless the procedure is necessary to save the woman’s life. The legislation would make no exception for instances of rape or incest, though victims in such cases could get emergency contraception. This is getting very, very scary people.
