JOSH IS GRANTED BAIL

Josh will be released soon, on bail, from Dublin FDC. I am so happy and excited. We haven’t heard anything on the actual appeal yet, but this is great news. Soon he will be posting directly to his blog. Thank you all, thank you all, thank you all for your support, financially, emotionally, prayerfully. Please keep those prayers coming for this case to be dismissed as totally bogus, which it is.

    This is such good news! I know it is not over. I know the Feds will try again. But if anything good comes out of this like a Federal Shield Law then maybe something positive can come from this terrible situation.

    Excellent Josh! Congratulations for sticking up for what you believe. And for getting the support you need to get you out! I hope a lot of good comes from your month in jail. And that the government wakes up, remembers the constitution and leave you out in the world, free to make more media and tell more stories…
